What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is one 20-foot container load (FCL). This typically equates to 5–8 pallets of finished product depending on the specific item. For first-time buyers and trial orders, we are flexible — please contact our export team to discuss your requirements. OEM and private label orders may have a different MOQ depending on packaging specification.
How do I place an order with NP Tissue?
Start by submitting an enquiry through our website or contacting info@winstarr.net. Our export team will respond within 24 hours to confirm your product specification, pricing, lead time and payment terms. We then issue a Proforma Invoice for your confirmation. Production begins after deposit payment is received.
What payment terms does NP Tissue offer?
Standard payment terms are 30% deposit by T/T on order confirmation, with the 70% balance paid against copy of B/L before shipment. For established partners, we can discuss extended terms or Letter of Credit (L/C). We do not accept payment by credit card for bulk orders.
Can I visit the factory before placing an order?
Yes — we welcome factory visits. Our Dongguan, China and Vietnam facilities are both open for qualified buyer visits by appointment. We can arrange factory tours, product presentations and sample reviews. Please contact our export team at least 2 weeks in advance to schedule a visit.
Can I customise the product specification?
Yes. Sheet size, basis weight (gsm), ply count, brightness, embossing pattern, sheet count per pack, packs per carton — all are independently configurable for OEM orders. What is the standard production lead time?
Standard production lead time is 15–25 business days from confirmation of order and receipt of deposit. Lead times may vary by product type and order volume. For established partners on blanket order programmes, we maintain safety stock and can reduce lead times significantly. Rush orders may be accommodated — contact us to discuss.
Do you offer LCL (less-than-container) shipments?
For established partners or trial orders below one container, we can arrange LCL shipments via consolidation from both Vietnam and China. LCL lead times are typically 5–10 days longer than FCL. Contact us to discuss volume and cost for your specific destination.
What is your quality control process?
Our 5-stage QC process covers: (1) Raw material audit on incoming pulp and materials; (2) In-process checks on weight, brightness and tensile strength during production; (3) Dimensional and sheet count verification; (4) In-house laboratory analysis; (5) Pre-shipment inspection with photographic documentation. We can also arrange SGS pre-shipment inspection on request.
What is the minimum OEM order quantity?
Standard OEM MOQ is one 20-foot container. However, we recognise that new brands are building volume — contact us to discuss first-production MOQ flexibility. For ongoing OEM programmes with committed monthly volumes, we work with blanket order schedules that allow smaller individual shipments.
Is my OEM product specification kept confidential?
Yes. All OEM product briefs, artwork, specification sheets and business terms are treated as strictly confidential. We do not share client specifications with third parties or supply the same specification to other buyers. Non-disclosure agreements are available on request.
