NP Tissue operates through two affiliated entities — WinStarr International Industrial Trading Co., Ltd. (China) and Green (Vietnam) Paper Industrial Co., Ltd. Together they form a vertically integrated tissue manufacturing and export platform with combined capacity to supply distributors, hospitality brands and OEM clients across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific and beyond.

Founded in Dongguan in 2006, the group has grown from a single converting operation into a multi-site, multi-category tissue manufacturer serving 200+ global partners. Our Vietnam facility, established to serve the ASEAN market and provide US tariff-advantaged supply, adds a second certified manufacturing base with the same quality standards.
